Kihon Kumite

WHITE BELT

1. Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Harai Uke and Chudan Tsuki.
2. Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Yoko Uke and Chudan Tsuki.
3. Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Yoko Uchi and Chudan Tsuki.
4. Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Sukui Uke Block and Chudan Tsuki.
5. Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Teisho Uke in reversed stance and               Lunge Jodan Tsuki.

YELLOW BELT

6. Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Jodan Uke and Chudan Tsuki.
7. Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Yoko Uchi (Inside of Chudan Tsuki) and        Riken Uchi.
8. Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Yoko Uchi (Outside of Chudan Tsuki)            and Empi Uchi.
9. Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Juji Uke, Grab with right hand and pull,       Left Shuto Uchi.
10.Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Jodan Uke and Mawashi Geri.

ORANGE BELT

11. Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Shuto Uke (outside) in Neko Ashi                  Dachi, Mae Geri.
12. Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Haito Uke inside, grab with both hands        and Yoko Geri.
13. Attack: Mae Geri  Counter: Harai Uke from outside and Chudan Tsuki.
14. Attack: Mae Geri  Counter: Sukui Uke to outside of leg and Chudan              Tsuki.
15. Attack: Mae Geri  Counter: Scooping grab into Shiko Dachi,                         and Chudan Tsuki.

GREEN BELT

16. Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Harai Uke.
     Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Yoko Uchi and Chudan Tsuki.
17. Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Yoko Uchi in Shiko-Dachi.
     Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Harai Uke shifting to Zenkutsu Dachi            and Chudan Tsuki.
18. Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Harai Uke.
     Attack: Stepping Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Step Back Yoko Uchi and              Chudan Tsuki.
19. Attack: Chudan Tsuki  Counter: Jodan Uke.
     Attack: Stepping Mae Geri  Counter: Step back and Sukui Uke Block           and Chudan Tsuki.
