Fitness
Power, Speed, Stamina, Agility and Coordination. These are the five qualities of fitness that we karateka aim to improve to better ourselves in our chosen Martial Art.
A punch without power is weak, a punch without speed is too slow, punching without stamina limits the number you can throw, a lack of agility means your punches miss their mark, and without coordination all the power, speed, stamina and agility in the world won't help your punches be effective and controlled.
