The Three Techniques Used In Learning Karate
KATA
Kata is a prearranged sequence of defensive and offensive movements.
(The secrets of Karate are hidden in those beautiful compositions of lethal movements).
KUMITE
Kumite is paired applications of Karate techniques in prearranged and free flowing combat.

KOBUDO
Kobudo is the art of Okinawan weaponry, weapons adapted from Okinawan farm tools.
Itosu-kai Karate is foremost in teaching Kobudo.
